Fire king structure due to its easy ways to destroy themselves and cards and get major effects off of being destroyed, also the way Fire king spell cards reward destruction by killing other fire monsters to summon other monsters just like that. Just broken XD

no such thing as best deck. if u say elemental dragon evilswarm would counter them. all decks have their counters, weak spots and strong points
